About Nessa Segoviano

Central Oregon native since 2000! I love calling Redmond my home and thoroughly enjoy raising my family here! We are a family of 6 and count ourselves blessed to be deeply rooted in our Mexican culture. Giving back and serving my community has always been my priority and Real Estate is one of the many ways in which I can do that. I am an active board member of Every Child of Central Oregon and the Redmond Real Estate Community Foundation. I also volunteer on our local board from the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. So far my favorite volunteer role has been coaching the middle school girls' parks and rec soccer team. I don’t know what I did to earn that fulfilling role! Real estate is my ministry, and I hope to reach as many people as possible. I initiated my real estate career in 2006 as a mortgage loan processor and did that through 2010. That is when I switched over to the sales side and was a Realtor assistant then a licensed Realtor myself in 2012. I recently decided to get back into the lending side while still being an active Realtor. I’m happy to provide my clients with lending and real estate sales services wherever possible. It’s been extremely helpful with all of my gente latina, being able to receive all of your real estate service in one’s native language is invaluable. My husband and I also own and manage our own construction company. Having that second line of work really gives me an edge and additional knowledge I pass on to my clients.
